Unrelenting focus on quality
General Color’s focus on maintaining safety among its workforce while producing high-quality plastic colorants, additive packages and compounding is well-documented.
The company earned its newest ISO 9001 re-certification in 2012. Nine years prior to that, General Color obtained its initial ISO 9001:2000 with Design International Certification, an internationally recognized series of standards for quality management. The company’s quality system was audited and certified by Smithers Quality Assessments, Inc., a leading independent accredited registrar. Smithers is fully accredited by the Dutch Council of Accreditation (RvA) and the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) and is a member of the Independent Association of Accredited Registrars.
